Founded in 1994 in Balestier, Singapore, System Employment Agency has grown from humble beginnings into a trusted name in domestic helper placement for over 30 years.
Built on a strong and proven matching system, we have helped countless employers find reliable and well-suited domestic helpers. Our long-standing experience allows us to understand the unique needs of Singaporean families — from childcare and elderly care to general household support.

Over the decades, we have successfully placed helpers from the Philippines, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, and Myanmar, ensuring careful screening and responsible hiring practices. Today, we are especially known for our strong pool of Filipino helpers, who are valued for their good English communication, adaptability, and caregiving experience.

Many of our candidates come through trusted referrals from helpers who have worked successfully in Singapore, giving employers added confidence in their reliability, work ethic, and ability to integrate into local households.
